Places to Stay

The Bull Hotel

An ancient listed Coaching Inn

The Bull Hotel is a historic 600-year old inn where you can eat, drink, celebrate and sleep. Whether it is relaxed dining with friends, a romantic meal and hotel stay in one of the beautifully restored rooms or a leisurely lunch in the sunny courtyard, there is something for everyone.

The eleven en-suite bedrooms have been recently restored to reveal many original features including beamed walls and ceilings, stunning fireplaces and oak floors. The room refurbishment has preserved, and in some cases unearthed, many more of the original features of the 14th century former inn  and been married with every modern facility, to create a cosy country hotel and gourmet dining destination in the heart of Kent.

The restaurant at The Bull is one of the few restaurants in Kent that has won the 2AA Rosette accolade as well as being listed in the prestigious Michelin Guide 2018-2019. The menu and drinks list have been continuously evolving to include the clients’ favourites and showcase hearty and perfectly executed dishes using modern cooking techniques. The kitchen ethos is based around a devotion to quality and flavour, ingredients are seasonal and locally sourced wherever possible.
