‘Wrotham village is very proud of its annual fireworks display that dates back to 1970.
The celebrations are held on the local cricket ground and centre around the lighting of a bonfire, a world-class firework display, food and drink stalls, live music and a small children’s fun fare.
The event is organised by volunteers and all profits from the popular event are then used to support local schools, charities, the church and other organisations.
The firework display itself is designed and organised by a renowned professional team, Phoenix Fireworks, who have many years of experience in running safe local and national events. It is always a long and colourful display that is synchronised to music. Given the renowned fireworks display, live music, food and entertainment for the children the event attracts a great many visitors.’
